With flecks of fresh chilli

Leg of marinated lamb

Boned and butterflied leg of lamb marinated overnight

In yogurt, mint, coriander, cumin and crushed chick peas

Peppered beef and pork kebab

Beef and pork rubbed with a pepper and chilli rub, then skewered

With chunks of fresh vegetables

Homemade steak burgers

Made with sirloin steak and beef skirt

With Mozzarella stuffed in the middle

Butterfly Pirie Pirie chicken breasts

Marinated free range chicken breasts in that famous

Portuguese chilli sauce

Traditional Lincolnshire Sausages

Stuffed Portabella mushroom

Stuffed with a mix of tomato, pine nuts, mushroom, onion,

Feta cheese and breadcrumbs

Salads and bread

Rosemary and garlic roast potatoes

Seasoned with Maldan salt

Cous Cous salad

Loaded with fresh summer vegetables and Feta cheese

Homemade coleslaw

Freshly shredded cabbage and carrot with homemade mayonnaise

Mixed green salad

with Parmesan shavings and mustard dressing

Tomato and onion salad

With extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil

Homemade potato salad

Jersey Royals with homemade mayonnaise and herbs

Stuffed Focaccia

My famous bread doused in olive oil, garlic and rosemary

& stuffed with spicy tomato dressing and bluecheese


Baileys and Chocolate cheesecake

Fromage Frais, double cream, 3 chocolates (including 100%

pure Cacao) and Baileys Irish cream on a choc chip base

Fresh baked lemon tart

Sweet lemon shortcrust pastry filled with double cream,

free range egg yolks, loads of fresh lemon juice and zest

Strawberry and cream cake

Double cream mixed with fresh vanilla custard and Cointreau

set in a vanilla sponge sandwich with fresh strawberries and blueberries

Fresh fruit kebabs

Skewered fresh fruit with a drizzle of homemade chocolate sauce

All served with fresh double cream

Afternoon Tea

Tea and freshly brewed coffee

Severed with a selection of homemade cakes

Dear Martin,

Thanks to you and your helpers for Sunday.

It's not often that everybody at a party says how great the food

was, but on Sunday everybody

at the Little Fish BBQ did just that.

I can't think of any way in which it could have

been improved, everything was absolutely

first rate, from the canapes to the

tea and cake afterwards, it was all just terrific.
