KARAN'S WICKED MILLIONAIRE SHORTBREAD

Base

100g/4oz marg

50g/2oz sugar

175g/6oz plain flour


Toffee centre

100g/4oz marg

100g/4oz sugar ( I double up ingredients to use whole tin of milk )

1 tablespoon syrup

Half tin condensed milk ( use 1 larger tin or 2 x 7 inch )


Chocolate topping

100g/4oz milk or dark choc


Preheat oven to 325f/160c/gas 3


Base

Cream together the marg and sugar and add the flour.Press into 7inch tin with your finger tips.Bake for 30 mins until pale and crisp.


Toffee centre

Melt all the ingredients in a small heavy based saucepan over a low heat. When the sugar is dissolved,bring to the boil and boil for 5-7 min,stirring from time to time to prevent burning. Allow to cool slightly and pour over base.


Chocolate topping

Melt chocolate, pour over the base and toffee.

Allow to cool and remove from tin,with a sharp knife cut into desired size pieces .

Rum Cake Recipe:

1 or 2 quarts rum
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup dried fruit
baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
lemon juice
brown sugar
nuts

Before you start, sample the rum to check for quality. Good, isn't it? Now go ahead.

Select a large mixing bowl, measuring cup, etc. Check the rum again. It must be just right. To be sue rum is of the highest quality, pour one level cup of rum into a glass and drink it as fast as you can. Repeat.

With an electric mixer, beat 1 cup butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add 1 seaspoon of thugar and beat again. Meanwhile, make sue that the rum is of the finest quality. Try another cup. Open second quart if necessary.

Add 2 arge leggs, 2 cups fried druit and beat till high. If druit gets stuck in beaters, just pry it loose with a drewscriver. Sample the rum again, checking for tonscisticity. Next sift 3 cups of pepper or salt (it really doesn't matter.) Sample the rum again.

Sift + pint of lemon juice. Fold in chopped butter and strained nuts. Add 1 babblespoon of brown thugar, or what ever color you can find. Wix mel. Grease oven and turn cake pan to 350 gredees. Now pour the whole mess into the coven and ake. Check the rum again, and bo to ged.

CHOCOLATE CAKE
1. In a saucepan, put 200 grammes of chocolate (black chocolate for cakes). Few seconds later, put 200 grammes of butter and 100 grammes of chocolate.
Be careful, your saucepan must be in another saucepan which has to be full of boiling water!

2. Then, take the saucepan out of fire.

3. Mix with the mixture, 4 eggs, 4 big spoon of flour and half coffe cup of coffee.

Put everything in your oven to 150 degres celcius.

When your cake is okay. Let it out the oven.

QUICHE
YOU HAVE TO MIX MANUALLY:

- 100 grammes of flour
- Half a liter of milk
- 100 grammes of cheese gruyere
- 100 grammes of bacon cubes.

Then, spread the dish with butter.
Put everything in the dish.
Program your oven on 200 degres (celcius).
Let it in the oven during about 40 minutes.
